What I do
I'm a licensed Idaho real estate agent with Archibald-Bagley Real Estate, based in Rigby. My focus is residential lots, raw land, and new-construction projects in Jefferson County and the greater Idaho Falls area. I'm the listing agent for Teton Heights Division 6, a 35-lot subdivision just outside Rigby.
How I work
You get my cell, not a call center. I answer the phone, I send the plat map, I walk the lot with you, and I'll tell you straight if a parcel isn't the right fit. I'd rather lose a sale than put someone on a lot that won't work for their build.
