Residence is of standard frame construction.

Roof Pitch

Minimum 6/12 roof pitch.

Gables

Design includes at least 2 gables.

Masonry Coverage

≥30% of front elevation (excluding windows/doors/garages) is brick, stone, or stucco.

Exterior Finishes

Brick, stone, stucco, or prefinished siding (steel, aluminum, vinyl, cement, LP SmartSide®).

Completion Timeline

I commit to completing construction within 1 year of commencement.

No Prohibited Structures

Not a mobile, manufactured, modular, log, or log-siding home.

No Prohibited Materials

No traditional wood siding. (Engineered wood siding like LP SmartSide® is allowed on request.)

No Temporary Residence

No temporary structures will be used as a residence.
